BETWEEN WORLDS
Born from a childhood shared between Lebanon and France, Soraya very early found in art a vital space for expression and self-construction. Nourished by multiple cultural and spiritual influences, creation became for her an essential, intimate, and sincere language.

After growing up in a context marked by instability and tension, she left Lebanon to settle in France. The need to create then asserted itself naturally. Painting, drawing, and working with materials became gestures of memory, repair, and transformation. Through the human figure and the body, her work explores fragility, wounds, and inner passages, allowing what sometimes escapes words to surface.

Today, her artistic practice lies at the crossroads of creation, transmission, and support. Attentive to individual journeys and sensitivities, she makes art a space of listening, expression, and connection, where the artistic gesture becomes a path toward appeasement and transformation, between art and art therapy.
